Phew am I grateful you are reading these words right now! I started this post weeks ago and then came down with the world’s longest cold, and working marketing in retail during the holidays is just plain hectic. A couple of days ago I finally finished adding links and WordPress decided not to save all my progress… so this has definitely been a labor of love and despite today being Christmas Eve Eve, I thought I’d still share it. Better late than never right? Justttt in case Santa is reading, here’s my Christmas wishlist this year. Emphasis on wishlist because some of these items are definitely a reach! Maybe it’ll give you some inspo on how to spend any Christmas cash or giftcards you might receive…
Coffee Table Books
I may be running out of places in my bedroom to store all of my coffee table books, but that’s fine by me! Not only are they pretty to look at, I actually really want to sit down and read these. I’ve been all about interiors lately, so naturally I need all the blue and white interior decor books. ‘
Addison Bay Sweats
I’ve been eyeing everything at Addison Bay because it’s basically an entire website of blue, white, and/or striped clothing! I have been living in loungewear and feel like these would be super cute for WFH. And wouldn’t look too crazy if I wore them outside the house 😉
Patagonia Vest
I love my Patagonia jackets and was recently wishing I had a navy vest. They are so pricey though, so that’s why it’s here on this wishlist! I will say, I wear my Patagonia all the time and it feels worth the investment for me.
Hazen & Co. Bracelet
I have been coveting a piece from Hazen & Co. forever! I love my everyday gold bracelets, but this one would be a little bit more of a statement for special occasions. I basically want everything Hazen & Co. makes so this ‘mini’ bracelet would be a pretty good first piece.
Haute Shore Tote
I don’t really need this tote at all (especially since I just got this new tote), but I think the neoprene is so fun and a little unexpected! Would be so great for traveling – which I hope to do a bit of in 2022. I saw Clare McLaughlin get one of these so naturally I needed one too!
Cashmere Sweater
Another major wishlist item. This looks like the absolute perfect cashmere sweater. The price tag is a little crazy, but I know this brand makes great quality sweaters. Plus, I truly think one timeless, well-made sweater will go further than a handful of cheaper sweaters that only last one or two seasons. Don’t get me wrong though – I do still love a Target sweater every once in a while.
Key Ring
If you’ve been around a while you know I love the Big O Key Rings! I had to toss my last one after it got dirty and scratched up (I had it for years), and I’ve truly missed having one. It makes it easier to carry your keys while leaving your hands free, but it also makes it a breeze to find your keys (haha didn’t mean to rhyme there! Did I just pen Oventure’s new slogan?!) in a black hole of a tote bag (let’s be honest, we all have one of these).
New Camera Lens
I’ve been taking more photos with my DSLR recently (I am far from a photographer, but it’s a fun hobby!) and would love a new/better lens. I only have the two my camera came with, and while they work fine, I’m ready to step up my game a little bit!
Westman Atelier Contour Stick
This is a little Christmas gift I purchased myself earlier this holiday season. I absolutely love all my Westman Atelier products, and I can’t believe I hadn’t tried this one yet. It will pair perfectly with the highlighter and blush sticks I already have from Westman Atelier. This brand is my #1 in terms of luxury, clean beauty.
Pleated Lamp Shades
Does asking for lamp shades for Christmas make me a true adult?? I have obsessed over these lamp shades from Ballard Designs for almost a year now, but I can never seem to pull the trigger. The lamps on my beside tables desperately need an upgrade and these are it. Blue and white? Check. Block print? Check. Pleated? Check. What more could I ask for?!
